Money and communications: A bank and a post office are located on the right-hand side of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs are located in the Arrivals and Departures areas of Terminal 1. There are bureaux de change in both Departures and Arrivals. Four Internet points are available on the first floor and in the Departures lounge, equipped with monitors, keyboards and web-cams. Eating and drinking: There is a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and snack bars at the airport. Shopping: Shops are concentrated in the Galleria Napoli, on the first floor of Terminal 1. There is a duty-free shop in the Departures lounge. The Sunstore newsagent and gift shop is located in the check in area. Luggage: Trolleys are available throughout. A 24-hour lost property service (tel: (0)81 789 6766) is available. Other facilities: A Red Cross medical centre is located in Arrivals, with medical assistance available daily 24 hours.

The airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers with lifts, ramps and pavements that have been widened to accommodate wheelchairs. There is also a pedestrian crossing with sound signals for visually impaired passengers. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member and there are help points within the terminals. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special needs prior to travel. Disabled parking is available close to the terminal.

The Telelink Internet Centre (tel (0) 81 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including Internet, PC with Office, photocopying, scanning, telephone and fax facilities, and videoconferencing. Road: Taxi: Taxis are available from outside the Arrivals area. Bus: ANM buses run to Napoli Centrale railway station, arriving at the port of Naples (Piazza Municipio). Alibus shuttle buses also run to Napoli Centrale railway station and then to Piazza Municipio in the centre of Naples.

The three-star Millennium Hotel (tel: (0)81 595 5406) is also located very close to the airport, on viale Maddalena, and can be reached on foot or by bus. The four-star Holiday Inn Napoli (tel: (0)81 225 0111) is located 2km (1 mile) from the airport and can be reached using the complimentary shuttle bus provided by the hotel.
